Ground control to CFL: Stabilising people, policy and process

The Challenge

CFL wanted to improve governance, HR compliance and people management, while ensuring the organisation met the regulatory requirements of its operating environment. They also aimed to strengthen leadership capability and develop their workforce through training and structured people processes.

Strategi has provided CFL with HR advisory and strategic people support, including governance support at board level, employee relations advice, HR compliance and leadership and management training.

Our Approach

Strategi took a long-term partnership approach to the work, embedding themselves in the organisation and working closely with senior leadership. This included attending senior management meetings, supporting board sub-committees, and providing consistent guidance based on knowledge of the business and its regulatory context.
