Wexco currently uses a HR subscription service for its HR requirements, however when it needed expert 1:1 advice and guidance for a specific TUPE situation it approached Strategi Solutions.
Strategi supported Wexco with a TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment)) project, which can often be a complex and unsettling situation. Our partnership approach made the process easy to follow for everyone involved and ensured Wexco staff had the confidence to carry out what was needed.
Our work included drafting letters, templates, attending meetings and documenting meeting minutes, tailored to match the requirements of the specific situation and following the specific approach required in a TUPE project.
It’s really clear the project went well, all the people involved from all parties gave positive feedback on how the project had been delivered.
