Our package includes 2 hours of monthly consulting for ongoing issues; a half-day HR Audit with tailored recommendations, and a place on our hands-on HR Survival Skills Training Course.
With a 12-month contract, it’s a simple way to stay compliant, confident, and supported.
Your hours can be used for any HR issues, and any actions that may come from the half-day audit. 12 month minimum contract on a retained basis.
A member of the Strategi HR team will spend a half-day in your business to complete an audit on current policies and procedures, employee handbook, contracts of employment etc. From the audit you will get a report that includes recommended actions for updating HR
processes and procedures.
